Stored in Australia. Your Xero and debtor data is hosted in Sydney. Email is delivered via Postmark (US); every provider is listed in our privacy policy.
Encrypted at rest. Your Xero tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM), never stored in plain text, and traffic runs over TLS.
Least-privilege access. Remi asks Xero for only what it needs to chase, nothing more.
Sends as your business. Reminders go out under your business name, so they read as you, not a faceless tool. That also helps them land instead of getting filed as spam. Sending from your own domain is on the roadmap.
A full audit log. Every message, who and when, that you can review and export.
Yours to leave. Disconnect Xero whenever you like and we delete your organisation data and tokens.
